Petite séance de fitness
Vendredi 5 juin et Mardi 16 juin, Sébastien, Guillaume et Nathan, des animateurs sportifs sont venus à l’école pour nous faire participer à une séance de fitness. Après quelques échauffements, nous avons fait travailler tous nos muscles. Pendant 45 minutes, nous avons bien transpiré mais cela nous a fait du bien.
